Epigamia Ghee Spread

So, I am a yadav by caste. No, you shouldn’t be surprised as I emphasize it, cause over the last couple of years, I have finally started to acknowledge that my caste does have some influence over my taste buds. My friends often tease me that I might have a milk dairy at my home with dozens of cows and buffaloes, with the taps draining out milk instead of water. And while all that might not be completely true, a lot of my food lifestyle has always revolved around dairy products. My grandmother used to force me to eat less chapatis so I could drink up more milk. My mother still loads up my curries with scoops and scoops of ghee until it forms a thick impenetrable layer at the top.

So naturally, ever since i saw this product on the shelves of Modern Bazaar, I have been tempted. But the price has somehow put my impulses in check. Until this one afternoon, when I finally gave in to this peer childhood pressure. So I grabbed it. And as soon as I was home, I brought this out, took a spoonful, smelled it nice before putting it to taste. It’s really hard to describe this one. You see, there is nothing like this in this world yet. At first there is just this strong taste of Blueberry on the tongue. But as soon as it fades, you get this nice mild and familier aftertaste of ghee convincing you that all is fine and great in your world now. To be honest, not everyone will like it. For me, I always loved the smell of ghee, it would tempt me to take a spoonful. But it had no taste to make me take another one. But this, well this is where it all changes for good.

And since i love it that much, I have finally forgiven people who stereotype my caste. Maybe they are not all that wrong. I wonder if people at Epigamia are Yadav too? 🤔🤔
