Redbul - Thai Edition

It was a midsummer afternoon. I was at my vulnerable best. The pile of work was

getting higher and higher. The clients were on a revision spree. I needed to be at

the top of my game. So I stopped all work and rushed to the Modern Bazaar. I

started scanning for that one magical drink that would bring out the hulk within

me. My analysis told me that this was the day to play it safe. So I zeroed in on

Red Bull, the safest option when it comes to energy drinks. But then i heard a

voice within me “ No dude, you are a hero, a saviour of mankind. The world is looking up to you. You cannot do things the way civilians / muggles do.” And guess what, I moved on to the

section titled ‘Imported Drinks’ and saw this tiny little can. I jumped up with joy.

This is it, the reliability of Red Bull in an uncommon flavour. I grabbed the can

and rushed to the office. I assured the account managers that they could chill

and let the work keep coming while I popped open the can and took a sip. At first I was confused, so I went again. Now before going any further, I would like to remind everyone that I am a self acclaimed professional at this drinking scene. And there is no non alcoholic beverage I would say no to.

But boy, this drink changed it all. It was a hard reset. Imagine any energy drink

without soda, just plain flavour, with the same amount of sugar! Yes, it sucked!

And sucked bad. I spent three hours, trying to finish it up, sip after sip and the

superpowers within me just couldn’t take it anymore.

This drink made me question my life choices. It completely shook my

confidence. And all that pile of work, oh well.......!!!
